What Is Communalism?

Communalism, as defined by Merriam Webster, is

  1. Social organization on a communal basis 
  2. Loyalty to a sociopolitical grouping based on religious or ethnic affiliation.

Communalism is a social, political, and economic organization that places the duty of production, development, and advancement of society in the hands of the members of said society. Communalism is a system that creates and enviornment where the abstract power and value of society and the products thereof are shared in a equitable manner. Communalism puts an emphasis on democracy and cooperation to create asystem where general production is targeted at satisfying the needs of the society collectively. The collective body of society is the heart and soul of the Communalist system and the syst is only as strong as the societies that implement them.
